Envy x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Apparenly it is not possible to disable the **bleep** click pad on the Envy x360. Has anyone ever been successful at disabling the click pad? Has anyone ever successfully contacted a human at HP Support? If so please share the method you used.

HP customers in the US have been victims of phone SCAMS where folks send them emails telling them their PCs are failing and having them contact a BOGUS 1-800 number to talk with HP Tech Support, where they frighten  folks (especially the elderly) and con them out of money to fix problems their PCs do not have.  As a result, HP has taken down all the pages that used to contain US phone contact information.

The official procedure NOW for contacting HP in the US is to use this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp

You will be directed to a page where you have to enter product information and then, eventually, you are to be provided a cse number and contact information.
