I have a question Should I keep MY HP Omen plugged into AC power even if it's 100% while gaming

Yes. It is possible to set the power profile so all the hardware and particularly the video card runs full out on battery, but you know 100% for sure it is getting all possible performance when plugged in. The battery and charging system in the laptop will stop the flow of electricity to the battery when it is fully charged so no danger of overcharging the battery. Hope that makes sense.
