Hi,

I am from Milan, Italy and I have HP Notebook - 15-dw0008nl purchased on 12-09-2019, since then I have replaced my battery once. as I could not find a genuine battery I replaced it with an unauthentic one and that's the mistake I made because it has just been 6 months since my replacement and I'm already phasing a problem to replace my battery with a 24 digit error code PTQCHS-9PXB01-XD7XHG-C0E023.

My question is that is there any way that I can purchase an authentic/certified battery? if so how and where can I get it?
