Product: HP 14-dq0000 Laptop PC (56Z60AV)

The processor runs slow on some occasions, I would like to know if it is possible to make a change, and if possible, I would like to know until what generation of intel processors I could change.

The processor is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.
