Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I had to order a new bottom casing for my laptop because the old one was damaged.  The old casing has a sticker with the laptop's serial number on it.  Is it possible to get a new serial number sticker?

No they print one of them for your laptop and there is no way to go back and make another one.

Hi, @amt2 

 

I will add that the serial number and product number should appear in your notebook's BIOS system information screen, should you ever need it.

 

You can also write it down and save it someplace.
