Product: HP Laptop 15-da100
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I ordered my HP Laptop 15-da100 without a backlit keyboard when I was placing the order. It was like a build-your-laptop service on HP's website where you could customize the laptop and place an order for it. There was also an option to get the same model with a backlit keyboard but I didn't choose it. Is it still possible for me to get it added at a customer service center?
