The wifi card which came with the machine HP 15 R014TX Notebook shows very poor/no signal reception. I want to upgrade to a dual band wifi card and my current wifi card is single antenna and single band (Ralink RT3290 802.11bgn) Wi-Fi Adapter. Please suggest me a replacement for it without having to dissemble my bezel to install another antenna ?

You have to understand what the Manual is and what it is not. Its not an upgrade guide its a field manual for HP techs. It only speaks of components HP sold. This model did not come with a dual band wifi card. If somehow you can have a second antenna you can upgrade the wireless to an 801.11ac. Best would be Intel 7260ac mini-pcie.
Make sure you understand about the different antenna types and how much work it is going to be. Good luck and if you have any questions we are here to help.

See p. 61 of the Manual here:
Even replacing the wireless card is a bit of a chore on this model. There is no whitelist but the single antenna is going to seriously limit what you can do. There is no decent mini-pcie format dual band wireless card that can work with one antenna. There is an M.2 (NGFF) model that will work with one antenna, but will not work on your laptop. I know its not ideal but your best solution is going to be a usb wifi module. They are small and do not stick out much so can be installed essentially permanently and the reception is very good.
Post back with any more questions and please accept as solution if this is the info you needed. .

Thanks Huffer! My bluetooth is dead too. If i go with this option i've to buy bluetooth also separately . So, If i consider installing another antenna in my system, will i have the option to replace wifi card ?
Below link is the correct manual of the laptop i want to replace for. It doesn't specify anywhere if the dual band replacement is possible.
