Your PC supports max 16GB of DDR4 2400Mhz (2x8GB)

This is the official capacity. However HP DDR4 systems will run with 32GB of RAM (2x16GB), so that would be your actual max.

 

On page 35 of service manual you can see the steps to upgrade RAM

You can replace the M2 PCIe NVMe SSD, you can get of your desired capacity (not limited to what is written in service manual). So you could install a 1TB or 2TB drive with no problem.
