Thanks for engaging in HP support Forums! This is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips! I need you need information regarding upgrading Memory and SSD on your HP laptop.
After reviewing your post, I did go through the Maintenance and Service guide of your notebook and found the details, please check below:
Memory Information: for detailed information, please go through the Maintenance and service guide, Page number 2, Chapter 1. Product description.
Unfortunately on both the scenarios, these are non-customer-accessible/upgrade, hence you will not be able to upgrade the memory on this notebook.
Next thing regarding the SSD: It is supported only on Intel core processor only For detailed information, please go to Chapter 1. Product description
Part number for M.2 SSD: Chapter 3. Illustrated parts catalog page number 18.
