Product: HP Chromebook x360 - 14b-ca0015cl
2 nights ago I upgraded my Chromebook x360 to the latest level as supplied by google (I think was 110. Allowed system to recycle and now cannot power on with battery only, or charger + battery. Charger has been tested on 2 other Chromebooks and does work as expected.
Where do I look next, or is there any way to contact support via live chat?
