HDD connector cable
So I happen to be messing around in the inside of this expensive laptop and end up damaging the hard drive cable, as you see in the picture. Should I not be worried or do I need to buy a replacement?

I would like to assist
If the Hard drive is getting detected and if the performance of the Notebook is fine, then nothing to work
But if you wish to get it replaced, you can purchase a Hard drive cable locally from any computer store or follow the instructions I sent in the private message
Please check your private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile.
Next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope
