I wanted to know if I am able to upgrade the ssd to 1TB and the RAM or even the processsor.

I also wanted to know if this laptop has integrated active stylus as well as palm rejection with the hp stylus.

Also, when I purchased the laptop it came with base two 8 GB ram cards and I upgraded one to 16 so I should have 24 GBs of memory.  In my task manager it only shows that I have 12 GB of memory

The memory upgrade info and supported NVMe SSD capacities can be found in chapter 1.

 

The 'Not customer-accessible' memory info in chapter 1 means that HP wants any work done by an authorized service center.

 

The procedure to remove and replace the memory can be found in chapter 5.

 

Regarding the memory issue...what brand and part number 16 GB memory chip did you buy?

 

Did you try the 16 GB chip alone and see if the notebook reported 16 GB in the one slot?

 

The processor is an integral part of the motherboard and is not upgradable.

 

You can review the service manual to see if there is any info on the other questions you have, because I don't know the answer, or you can start a new discussion on those questions.
