Hello Everyone,

 

I have HP Pavilion 14 dv0000 laptop which has 16 GB of RAM, 1 TB of SSD storage and i7-11th geneartion CPU. I do some heavy simulations stuff on this laptop and it becomes slow when i am putting it to heavy use, i want to upgarde my RAM to 32 GB, is it possible for this laptop variation and can i do it on my own? I dont want to take risk as it has some important data saved up and i dont want to lose that. Any help would be appreciated.

It can be upgraded to  up to 64 GB of installed memory

 

Guaranteed compatible memory

The Crucial, memory at the link below is compatible and will allow you to upgrade to 32GB

"Can you do it on your own?"

How can you expect anyone to answer a subjective question like that one?

It depends on your own capabilities.
