HP Omen 15-dc0850nd
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi guys,

I want to boost the performance of my HP Omen 15-dc0850nd so I decided to get an external GPU. As I was searching for GPUs,  I bumped into HP Accelerator. After visiting the official webpage of HP Accelerator, at the very bottom of the page, in the compatible host section, I noticed that it says "OMEN by HP 15 Laptop (supported on NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 configurations of models 15-ce0xx)".Now that last part inside the parentheses really confused me. Does that mean that my HP Omen 15-dc0850nd, which has Nvidia 1050TI, is not compatible with the Accelerator? I was also wondering if I actually need a dock station such as HP accelerator to connect and use an external GPU?
