Does my laptop supports RAM upgrade from 4GB to 16GB? And also does it support Storage upgrade from HDD to SSD drives?

The series has many different machines, in general you can upgrade BOTH RAM & STORAGE. Their pre-build specs

How much RAM and STORAGE does your machine have now ? What is its CPU/Processor ?

I have gone through the spec shared in above reply. I find it difficult to understand the terms/ details. If you are able to understand can you please clarify these doubts?
1. Maximum memory capacity is provided as 16 GB that mean can I upgrade the ram upto 16GB?
2. Under Memory -> configuration section various types of RAM details are mentioned that means either one of those type of RAM I can use in the Laptop?
3. Under Memory->Slot section it is mentioned as Customer non-accessible / non- upgradable that mean RAM upgrade cannot be done?
