So I just got an HP 15 dy1024wm in mint condition off of eBay and finally got it delivered to my home (I live outside the US returning it right now is very costly).

This laptop comes with 4GB of DDR4 memory. I'd like to upgrade it to an 8GB RAM module I purchased from Crucial.

But I can't seem to open the back of the laptop. I removed the 2 screws and it doesn't come out.

I don't see anywhere that this laptop's RAM is not upgradeable. Not even in HP's site.

Is it? This thing looks like it won't come off.

Hi:

 

There is a support video library for the model series at the link below.

 

I have set the link to show the removal of the base enclosure.  There are more than 2 screws you have to remove.
