Is the HP X360 Chromebook Plus 14b-cd0023dx USI compatible? If so, is it USI 1 or USI 2 compatible? Also, what stylus would work best if it is USI compatible?

In order to have a check please follow the below steps: 

Go to Settings

Tap Device

Look for Stylus or Pen settings

• If present → active stylus support is enabled
• If not → your model likely lacks active USI support

Your HP X360 Chromebook Plus 14b‑cd0023dx may not support USI active pens, meaning the advanced features won’t work even if the touchscreen responds. A basic capacitive stylus will still let you interact with the screen for general tasks meaning advanced active stylus features (pressure sensitivity, palm rejection, button functions) might not work on this particular configuration.
