According to the report you ran, your notebook can support up to 2 x 32 GB of DDR4-3200 memory.
I doubt you would ever need that much memory.
2 x 16 GB should be more than enough, or if your notebook came with a single 8 GB memory chip, you can just add a second 8 GB DDR4-3200 memory chip in the empty slot and have 16 GB running in dual channel mode.
HP only has the service manual for the older 15-dw0xxx model series available, but it should be of help to you for opening up the notebook to upgrade the memory.

Hi:
The 15-dw3000 (1A3Y1AV) is a general product number that covers many different model numbers in that series.
Use this guide for how to find the exact model number you your notebook.
How to Find Your HP Laptop Model Number (Video) | HP® Tech Takes
The basic guidance for the memory to run in dual channel mode, is your notebook must have two memory slots and you must install 2 memory chips of matching capacities such as 2 x 4 GB, 2 x 8 GB.
Some models in that series only have one memory slot, or there are two memory slots but only one memory chip is installed.
If your notebook has two memory slots and only one memory chip, you would need to install a second memory chip for dual channel mode.

What model processor does your notebook have?
If it has an Intel core processor, it has two memory slots.
You can do this to see how much memory your notebook can support:
1. In the search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator.
This will open the command prompt.
2. Once command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx and hit enter.
There, it will show the maximum RAM capacity your PC's motherboard can support.
The capacity is shown as Kilobytes, so you have to convert it to Gigabytes by dividing the number provided in the report by 1,048,576.
If your notebook has two memory slots and the report indicates that you can install 32 GB of memory, that means 2 x 16 GB in each memory slot.
