HP Spectre x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I'm posting the question from Singapore.

I'm keen on buying the HP Spectre x360 15.6" which has the i7-8705G processor (150W), can I check if the power adaptor given is single voltage (120V) or dual voltage(120/240V)? Thats because Singapore power supply only supports the 240V.

P.S. I'm buying from the US store because Singapore does not have a 15" HP x360 Spectre.

I do not understand why they would tell you that.  I live in Europe but have an HP product loan US model Spectre x360 15-ch0xx CTO convertible notebook. I have been recieving HP product loan notebooks for a number of years. Every one has been delivered with a dual voltage  power adapter.

My product loan was delivered with a 90W power adapter.  There is a 150W adapter that is for notebooks delivered with the Intel Core i7-8750G processors and it is also a dual voltage type.

Here is the label on the adapter. It shows 100-240v and 50-60Hz

HP Spectre x360 notebooks are delivered with dual voltage and dual frequency power adapters that automatically sense the voltage and frequency that they are connected to.

All you need to do is change the plug or buy the adapter plug for the power adapter that matches Singapore wall outlets.

Hi Erico,

Thank you so much for your reply. I had doubts previously as the US HP staff that I contacted told me otherwise.

Shall hope for the best while I place my order now.

All modern devices and power adapters should be able to be used internationally.
