Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Right click no longer works on the touchpad -- HW diagnostics indicates a HW failure.  I am looking to a replacement part to install.  The part does not appear on the HP Support site as available for the HP 15t-dy100.

HP 15t-dy100 is a CTO machine, what is its product id ? But there is no part for touchpad, you have to replace the whole top cover. We need to know its product id to be able to find out part # for you. Please use the following way to find out:

Hi - thanks for the quick response.  I believe you need the following #: 7BJ14AV

The following link shows its Parts list

Many parts are N/A that means HP does NOT stock them, you can use part # to search elsewhere.

Thank you! This detail is extremely helpful. I now have to figure out if the part is AHS, NSV, or SNW.
