I want to install an SSD into my HP Envy TouchSmart m6-k015dx sleekbook.
I know that I can add a standard 2.5 inch SSD in place of the existing 2.5 inch HDD in my laptop but I want to keep the HDD for the extra storage and add an m2 NVMe SSD and clone my Windows 10 OS to the new SSD as the M2 NVMe SSDs are much faster than the SATA based SSDs.
I want to know whether my laptop "Envy TS m6-k015dx sleekbook" has an M2 slot for the SSD?
And if it has an M2 slot, does that support the NVMe technology?
I searched a lot but couldn't find any proper info about the m2 slot for this model.
I installed a software named 'speccy' and it shows that my laptop's motherboard has 4 available PCIe x1 slots and 2 available PCIe x16 slots, but when 1 removed the back of my laptop to have a look inside, apparently I couldn't find any slot that could fit an m2 SSD or the m2 NVMe SSD.

Hi:
Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c03935332
Chapter 1 has the supported drive types.
Your notebook does not have a M.2 slot, so it would not support a NVMe M.2 SSD.
If you want to install a SSD you can replace the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" SSD.
