HP Laptop - 17z touch
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP 17z laptop and was wondering if it would support an external Graphics Card.  It has 2 usb 3.1 ports but I don't know if that is good enough for a eGPU……..

this is the CPU and integrated GPU:

AMD Ryzen™ 5 3500U (2.1 GHz, up to 3.7GHz, 6 MB cache, 4 cores)+AMD Radeon™ Vega 8 Graphics

@Jdfearl,

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know whether your computer supports eGPU.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I checked the specifications of your computer and see that your computer doesn’t support an eGPU. You need a USB C thunderbolt port to run most of the eGPU’s available in the market.

I hope that answers your question and you have a great day!
