Kindly advise the upgrading options for HP Pavilion 14-bf102TX/103tx :

 

1) Is there free RAM slot available for future upgrade?

2) Is there any slot M.2 mSSD for these model?

The existing HDD would have to be removed and a special harness and bracket installed in its place first.

 

That means only one drive can be used, HDD or SSD. Not both.

Hello @Ronnlim

 

According to the specs, both the 102 and 103 come with 4 GB of memory.

You can upgrade to 16 GB (2x8GB sticks).

The official part number for an 8GB stick is 862398-855.

You can also use a free tool like Piriforms Speccy to look up the specific timings of whats installed now.

 

As for the M.2 SSD...

That laptop only has one M.2 drive that can be installed, but the existing HDD would have to be removed and a special harness and bracket installed in its place first.

No second M.2 slot is available.
