Chapter 3, page 35 of the service manual has the supported power adapter with its HP part number.

Check that info against what you have, because your screenshot is of no help.

All I can tell you from your screenshot that it is a HP power adapter.

The charger I have is 130 watts, The charger pin is 3.5-mm, As for the (part number) on the sticker, it says 647982-001, but When I searched for it on the Internet, I found a difference in the pin. The seller has a store in UAE and imports devices from USA. He told me that he does not have the original charger, so he gave me a replacement charger and said that it is original from the parent company.

The charger you have is from a much older PC.

I have one that looks just like that (120W), and it was from a HP nc6400 notebook's docking station that was made in 2006.

The charger part number from the service manual indicates the tip is 4.5-mm in diameter so it would seem to me that the 3.5mm tip from the charge you have won't even fit, and it is 20W short of what it is supposed to be.

The charger you have is for the old model HP dc7800 and dc7900 Ultra Slim Desktop PC's that were made about 15 years ago.

So that is definitely not the right charger for your mobile workstation.

Is it an original charger?  Yes, for either of the HP desktop PC's I mentioned.

It is so old it is not even listed in the HP part surfer database anymore.

But the charger I have has the same tip as the picture and its color is blue as well even the wire is exactly the same as the picture and I charged my device with it, has the charger been modified and parts replaced? Have the internal parts been tampered with as well?

I would have no idea, and have provided all the information I can.
