HP Pavilion - 15-cc054tx
Microsoft Windows 11

I bought this battery 6 months ago from Bangladesh. They told me it was an original battery. But my battery is already dead as it doesn’t charge up. The battery has gotten expanded.

There are some issues in the battery:

1. At one place on the battery "do not" is misspelled as "donot".

2. The CT number on the battery is different than what is found by the HP support assistant.

3. The warranty period doesn’t seem alright. They gave 6 months warranty.

4. The box does not have any hp logo.

Is this battery original? Is there any way I can find out?

If one is to believe the test results, one most telling thing is the battery age of 444 days.

It seems that you may have been sold a used battery.

If the battery that you bought came with a one year warranty it is time to contact the seller.

Whenever I present an online battery listing  to a member I do my best to remind them to only purchase a battery that is delivered with a one year industry standard warranty.

Does this mean I got an old battery?
Also, the CT number on the battery does not match with what I got from the battery checkup from the hp support assistant. Can it happen if the battery was original?

A battery that has slightly under 40% as maximum compared to the design capacity within six months of installation is a bad battery. Don't get hung up in details like the CT number.

Contact the vendor and ask for a warranty replacement if you did get a warranty on the battery.

Yes I got it. But the seller provided only six months warranty. I am trying to figure out if the battery was original or an old one.

What does the battery life mean? Does it mean it was first installed 444 days ago or it was manufactured 444 days ago?

444 days is the time since manufacture. I believe that is a genuine HP battery but is not good....i.e. used up.

Yes I also think that I was sold a used battery.

Could you please tell me what is CT number? The CT number from the HP battery checkup does not match with what is given on the Battery. What could be the reason?

Believe it is an inventory code and if you had a bar code scanner it would show up in response. The battery may be "refurbished" and the seller put a different bar code sticker on it for their own records. Just a very wild guess.
