Hi again! Took a bit to grab a new ifixit kit for a Torx4 and re-open..

 

Thought I'd let you know (and in case useful to others) the PG03XL rechargeable battery for this machine is HP part number 831532-421. Replacement part (per sticker on battery) is HP Spare 831758-005. True, this is different from what partsurfer spits out but the part number you suggested appears compatible.
