Kingston Fury Impact KF426S15IBK2/16 DDR4 - 2x 8 

compatible with my laptop HP Omen 15-Ce024ur?

Your notebook uses DDR4-2400 MHz CL17 memory.

 

You will be running a risk installing CL 15 memory if the BIOS cannot automatically compensate for the faster timing speed.

 

Run the free utility that I zipped up and attached below and buy memory that has the timing specs of the memory HP installed.

 

The service manual indicates the max memory is 2 x 8 GB, but you can most likely install 2 x 16 GB in your notebook since it has an Intel® Core™ i5-7300HQ processor.

 

If you want to install DDR4-2666 MHz memory, then it should be CL19.
