Recently I bought a powerbank (100W) for my laptop. Unfortuantelly, it didn't work - when plugged to the laptop nothing happened (yes, it worked with other devices).
I checked the manual and saw that 100W isn't one of mentioned "Operating voltage and current" combinations listed, so I bought another powerbank (65W), this time with amperage/voltage parameters listed in the manual. Again, it didn't work.
The port seems to be fine as I'm able to charge my phone through it.
What might be the issue?

I can not get its specs but the following machine
HP Pavilion Gaming 15-dk10000 Laptop PC (8WQ70AV)
It use 200W charger, 100W is too weak, it should charge your machine during off.
