All I can tell you is that the maximum speed you can get from either a Gen 3 or Gen 4 SSD from a M.2 Gen 3 SSD slot is around 3,500 MPBS.
Naturally, if the PCIe Gen 3 drive you want to buy has slower advertised read/write speeds than 3,500 MBPS, that is as fast as it is going to run at.
In the matter of the WD Blue NS570/580 drives, since WD no longer makes the SN570, I have found at least in the USA that the newer WD Blue SN580 Gen 4 actually costs less than the WD Blue SN 570 Gen 3.
It doesn't look like you can even buy the SN570 on Amazon, India anymore.

Hi:
Your notebook has a M.2 SSD slot that supports both NVMe and SATA SSD's.
NVMe SSD's have faster read/write speeds than SATA SSD's have.
Below is the link to the service manual:
HP 15 Laptop PC Maintenance and Service Guide
The WD Blue SN580 will work fine but not at its maximum advertised read/write speed, because your notebook's M.2 slot is only PCIe Gen 3.0.

Because PCIe Gen 4 SSD's will also work in your notebook.
If you looked at the entire list, they also offer the Crucial P3 model Gen 3 SSD's too, why?
I don't understand why you don't understand what I wrote the other day..."The WD Blue SN580 will work fine but not at its maximum advertised read/write speed, because your notebook's M.2 slot is only PCIe Gen 3.0."
Sorry, but I can't help you anymore than I already have.

Sorry to bother you sir, what i mean is if i buy gen 4 will it give me same speed as gen 3 on gen 3 pcle slot, or will it be slower than gen 3, because gen 4 is costly than gen 3, so there is no point to buy it if it runs slower or same as gen 3.
