Microsoft Windows 11

I am inquiring about the HP Envy 360 problem with the exterior case and hinge.  Our household purchased two HP Envy 360 laptops in recent years.  Both of the laptops within weeks of each other have had an issue with the screen separating from the case and issue with hinge.  This happened first with my laptop purchased in November 2020 which is lightly used.  It mainly sits in my home office.  The second purchased November 2021 was for my college bound.  It cracked right before his first week of classes this year.  It appears to be a well-known issue by HP with numerous customers (hundreds) encountering the same issue.  From what I understand, it is a poor design with the bonding/glue used inside the cover that degrades.  I’m out of warranty and extremely disappointed that after spending $2,000+ on both laptops I need to invest in new ones.  Is anyone having luck with HP standing behind this product?1st Purchased Nov 20201st Purchased Nov 20202nd Purchased Nov 20212nd Purchased Nov 2021
