Hi,

 

I have a HP laptop having issue in keyboard(,(comma) key is contionuosly appearing).

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Does the Comma Key look like it's stuck?

 

Please run a Keyboard Test and let me know the outcome

 

- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the Notebook.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. 
- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Keyboard

Did you run the keyboard test suggested in the previous post? If yes, then let me know the test result. If no, then run the test.
