Microsoft Windows 11

I am using an EliteBook 630 G10.

I am trying to output to an external display using the Thunderbolt port, but while some monitors work without any issues, others display "No Signal." Specifically, the monitor that works is a DELL S2722QC, and the one that shows "No Signal" is an INNOCN 27M2U.

The INNOCN 27M2U works fine when connected to other PCs and Android smartphones. I thought it might be a cable issue, so I tried different cables, but the result was the same.

I suspect it might be a compatibility issue between the EliteBook 630 G10 and the INNOCN 27M2U, but such problems seem uncommon.

I have tried holding the power button on the EliteBook for 30 seconds to clear the CMOS, and I have also updated the BIOS to the latest version, but neither resolved the issue. I also tried downgrading the BIOS to an older version, but that did not help either.

I might just have to wait for a further BIOS upgrade, but if there are any other steps I should try, I would appreciate your advice.
