Product: Probook 5320m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi all,
I tried to upgrade my old notebook 5320m from 4GB DDR3 1333mhz to 8GB DDR3 1333mhz ram. When i started my notebook, i see the cap lock key blinking then fan running super fast but blackscreen. Later notebook just power off by itself. I put back my 4GB ram and notebook working again. My OS is Win 10 64bits.
Can anyone advise if i missed some steps or setting?
Thank you.

Hi:
According to chapter 1, page 1 of the service manual, the maximum memory is 1 x 4 GB.

That is why the 8 GB module isn't working.
