I acquired a product identified as a 'USB C to Dual HDMI Adapter, Multi-Display Docking Station Dual Monitor with 2 HDMI, DisplayPort, 100W PD, 3 USB Ports, USB C Hub Multiport Dongle,' intending to use it with my HP Pavilion x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-dh0101tu. I have successfully connected my laptop to two external monitors, an LG Model-29WK500/50S using an HDMI cable and a Lenovo ThinkVision Lt1952p 19" using a VGA to HDMI converter. However, I am encountering an issue where the HDMI connection from my second monitor (Lenovo ThinkVision) is not being recognized by the product. I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter.
