HP Recommended

I recently replaced the battery in my HP Elite X2 notebook, but I'm facing some issues that I could use some help with:

  1. The notebook doesn't start on battery power, only when connected to the adapter.
  2. I receive a message on startup indicating a damaged battery that needs replacement.
  3. The notebook's fans are running at maximum speed even when it's cool.
  4. Windows shows that the battery level is at 0%.

I'm not sure what's causing these issues, and any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
