Product: HP EliteBook x360 1030 G8 Notebook PC IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am unable to highlight text with my mouse on my HP laptop (HP EliteBook x360 1030 G8 Notebook PC IDS Base Model)

or double click to highlight text.  I never had this problem before.  I've checked all the settings and everything is marked as it should for it to work. Any ideas?
