Product: HP USB-C G5 Essential Dock

When trying to run the downloads for updating the firmware on the G5 dock, I get to a peripheral update screen which should be displaying the dock that is connected to update the firmware. No devices show up as connected no matter what I do. I have tried multiple G5 docks to test if that was the problem and also multiple HP Elitebook laptops.
