My laptop's battery (Hp-G6-250), with the identifier PABAS0241231, is manufactured by Hewlett-Packard and uses lithium-ion (Li-ion) chemistry. The battery has a design capacity of 41,610 milliwatt-hours (mWh) but is currently functioning at only 74% of its original capacity, with a full charge capacity of 31,025 mWh. Despite passing the battery test, the laptop frequently turn off unexpectedly while running on battery power. Strangely, the laptop operates perfectly fine when connected to the AC adapter. I am puzzled by the fact that the battery health is at 74%, but it still fails to function properly on its own. Can you help me identify the issue with the battery?
