Please resolve the issue whatever created by the HP Service Team, including Case Manager 1. Renuka and 2. Mohammad Rizwan, HP Technician Ghanshyam, and your decision maker HP Higher team. Your technician, who is seeing the physical condition and has confirmed that it is a genuine defect and mentioned in writing in the Customer Service Call Report, then how is this possible? Your higher team closes the case after justifying.

 

Everything is clear Purchasing date (20 July 2025), Case registered date (27 July 2025), First visit at my home of Technician Ghanshyam (30 July 2025), and he didn't provide customer copy and committed for DOA and after that not answering call and massage but when we receive the mail of case closer i was shocked for that day till now we have registered multi layer cases but no any resolution even now.

 

So please, as soon as possible, resolve the issue and replace my Laptop. I won't suffer with this defective unit.
