Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello everybody, I have a problem with my Elitebook 840 G7. This laptop has an SD card slot, but I can’t open it. I have seen videos on Youtube where the person just presses it and it pops out, but mine won’t do that. It does appear to have a small dent in it, but maybe the opening system requires some software or something. Is there anything I can do?
