Jan 29: Reported screen issue. Feb 8: Tech damaged my motherboard. After multiple complaints, replaced on Feb 21 (promised a new one, but no response). Mar 4: New issue (graphics hardware). Multiple visits, no resolution-told to reinstall OS myself! Concerns: 1 Now on a cracked Windows-who pays for the original license? 2 Spent 1L on this laptop-why is my issue still unresolved? Is this how you treat customers?
