@Rhich, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds frustrating to deal with Bluetooth issues! Let's try to resolve this together. Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot the problem:

Check Bluetooth Settings:

  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your laptop. You can do this by going to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices and toggling Bluetooth on.

Update Bluetooth Drivers:

  • Open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start button and selecting it.
  • Find Bluetooth in the list, right-click your Bluetooth device, and select Update driver.

Run Bluetooth Troubleshooter:

  • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
  • Select Bluetooth and run the troubleshooter.

Remove and Re-pair Devices:

  • Sometimes removing the device and pairing it again can help. Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices, select the problematic device, and click Remove device. Then try pairing it again.

Check for Interference:

  • Ensure there are no other devices causing interference. Move your laptop and Bluetooth device closer together

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
