I suggest connecting an external USB keyboard and trying the keys to see if the issue is hardware related.
Have you use the HP PC Hardware Diagnostic UEFI utility to test the keyboard?
Unfortunately, "I have tried all the steps mentioned in system" is such a global statement that it is not helpful.
Always list exactly what you have tried. You have not tried everything.
