HP 2000-2d62SR Notebook PC

using  HP 2000-2d62SR Notebook PC WIN8.1 PRO x64
BIOS f.45 (vendor Insyde) - insydeH20 rev3.7

all works great under WIN8.1 PRO x64
BUT problem is : i've pressed f10 accessing BIOS under insydeH20 rev3.7 - GOOD,  but AFTER  when i pressing ANY KEY ON keyboard it doesn't work absolutly , BUT when i pressing ctr+alt+del keyboard does reboot properly  

please advice how to use BIOS and fix problem with keyboard

дело такое не работает клавиатура в биос , но на сочетание клавиш перезагрузки - отвечает - ну и всратый тут чатборд - тормозит пздц как

dear, first i've done before asking community -  to fix it - i've dowloaded same bios from HP webpage and made update - result - nothing 
this laptop pretty old one so i've afraid to download next version of BIOS 
may be reset CMOS? have yo solution how to do it?
additional info from 2016 i've used Win 10, and after shift to Win 11 , so from summer 2022 i've formated all and install STOCK Win and drivers but, i don't know this actions may changing BIOS or BIOS rest from Win 10 (time)
