Hi There,

 

I have bought a replacement key for the laptop and the bracket that arrived doesn't match the other brackets on the keyboard.

 

Would anyone happen to know which key & bracket will fit this laptop?

 

I was advised that the cover model is 924353-031 -  TOP COVER NSV DSC W KB UK 

 

I just need the right key/bracket which I can get from eBay.

I understand that you would like to replace Key Bracket.

 

The part  924353-031 -  TOP COVER NSV DSC W KB UK is correct. Please see the manual 

 

You could purchase the part from HP, use the HP Parts surfer to identify the part: http://partsurfer.hp.com/search.aspx 

 

And order it via the HP Parts store: https://parts.hp.com/hpparts/CountryChoice.aspx?mscssid=&ccode=ZZ&lcode=ZZ 

 

Or alternatively, Contact HP for setting up an order/service via phone support
