I recently ordered hp Monitor and hp Key Board . Monitor is installed but Key board is not getting installed. The key board P/N is 844431-111. S/N is CNN [Personal Information Removed]. I have put the two batteries but I am not able to install the software as guided as my product is not getting recognised by HP . Pl. help me to install it and be able to use it."

The serial/product number seem to be incorrect. If this is a wireless keyboard, try the steps from here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c00006821
