Hi, I purchased a HP Slim 15.6in laptop about a month ago and one the keys on the keyboard has broken. Nothing had happened to the laptop, but as I pressed the K key it broke off. One of the clips on the back of the key itself looks to be broken, I'm not sure if this was done whilst in packaging but it makes it really hard to type the letter K. How can I get a replacement key?
Thanks in advance.

You can't -- as HP does not sell individual keys for laptop keyboards.
You MIGHT be able to get the keyboard replaced under the warranty -- but we can not provide that assurance. You would have to contact HP on your own to ensure they will accept the laptop and repair it under the warranty.
Since you live outside the U.S., here is a link to HP Service Centers, by Country/Region: https://support.hp.com/us-en/service-center
If that link does not provide you sufficient information, then use the main HP link:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
I've found those links to be unreliable if you're using Win10 and the new Edge Browser; so if you are, you need to use something else, like FireFox.
Good Luck
