Not a lot of good news. Individual keys are just not offered for sale by HP and very hard to locate in general. The repair would most likely involve a whole new keyboard and keyboard replacement is not as easy as it was on older laptops or as inexpensive.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
