Hello, 

I recently bought an HP laptop 15 FD0132wm and I can not find replacement key caps I don’t need a new keyboard just the caps I ordered one that was for the same model as mine but the hinges are way different any help much appreciated

I have contacted, support sales support and nothing they are not helpful they keep wanting me to set up an appointment to get it diagnosed I just want key caps and none of the product numbers from key board show any results

HP does not sell individual key caps. You can perhaps find them on eBay as there are sellers who part out keyboards. Let me know if you want further help with that.
