Use the keyboard test that was provided with your laptop in the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI utility instead of some third party test.
If not present, you can download and install it from the HP Software and Driver download page for your laptop at the link below.

What is the point of using the keyboard test that was provided with the laptop in the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI tool, which shows that my keyboard works perfectly, while I can never click few combinations of 3 keys at the same time, and I specifically did a third-party test to prove it?

"while I can never click few combinations of 3 keys at the same time"
May I ask why you do that?
Why use a third-party online test of your laptop's keyboard?

That is an official HP firmware based hardware test of your laptop's components. Your laptop is fine.

Even in some applications it is sometimes needed to click 3 keys at the same time for shortcuts. If it is impossible then the keyboard does not work properly. When i connect other keyboard everything works so the problem is with current one.
The official HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI tool does not check any combinations of 2 keys.

Keyboard input is handled by the operating system.
I suggest that you check the operating system integrity.
Try the system file checker at an admin level command line.
Open a command line windows and type sfc /scannow and press enter.
Using the DISM command to repair the Windows image is also a great tool for your to consider using.

Let me know what the OS reports on itself.
I also suggest that you verify that you have the latest graphics driver, since Ryzen chipsets are different than Intel chipsets in that they get their drivers from the graphics driver software.
